We indirectly participate in a multitude of companies. The objective of Pacific Liberty is to generate long term capital growth through investment in a broadly diversified private equity portfolio and the reinvestment of portfolio proceeds, while also pursuing a distribution policy. Investments are realized through an initial public offering, sale, merger, or recapitalization. We tend to focus on existing businesses, often contributing both equity and debt (or some hybrid) to the transaction.
